• Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
• Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Initiating a Return

• We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning your item.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 3 days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Exchanges

• At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
